Carlos did not start behind a desk. He started on job sites — framing walls, pulling wire, setting tile, and learning every trade from the inside out. Over 25 years, he developed deep expertise across remodeling, electrical, plumbing, flooring, drywall, and painting.
CG California Remodel was born from a frustration Carlos saw on every job site: homeowners caught between multiple subcontractors, none of whom communicated with each other, and none of whom took full ownership of the outcome.
He knew there was a better way — a single team, a single point of accountability, and a finished product the homeowner could be proud of.
